This summer, we’re opening our doors to the wider community for a welcoming morning of movement, friendship, and fun with TCSC Generation Project.
🗓 Thursday 30th July

📍 Larbert High School - Pupil Entrance
💷 FREE – no sign-up required just turn up!
Whether you’re over 50, a family member, friend, carer, or simply looking to connect with others, we’d love to see you there. Enjoy light seated exercise, fun games, refreshments, and plenty of opportunities to meet new people in a relaxed and friendly environment.
The Generation Project is all about bringing different generations together through physical activity and social connection. By creating opportunities for people of all ages to interact, we help reduce loneliness, build confidence, strengthen community ties, and promote wellbeing for everyone involved. The project has already made a positive impact across our local community, connecting school pupils, older adults, and younger children through engaging activities and shared experiences.

Walking Netball is a fun, low impact way to stay active, improve fitness, develop skills and enjoy the social side of netball. Open to all ages 16+ where you are new to netball or looking to get back into the sport. Opportunity for Tea / Coffee / Biscuits afterwards.
