“Hi I’m Zack 👋🏻

I have been involved in the fitness industry since 2019 and have worked in a variety of gyms around the Falkirk region.

Following my own fitness journey was and has been a big inspiration to my coaching, from weight loss to performance goals to group classes, I like to think that I cover all these bases. I try to keep the fun in working out so always like to have a laugh whilst coaching.

My speciality is balancing strength and endurance concurrently or, as some of you would now call it, ‘hybrid training’. I cover all bases from CrossFit to HYROX to powerlifting to ultra running. Having been through the wringer in all these disciplines myself, I bring what I believe to be a wealth of knowledge to my coaching.

The biggest thing I enjoy about coaching is seeing people make progress in their own journeys and the joys that come with it.”

Fitness has literally changed my life and my way of life. I would have the friends I do today without it. Wouldn’t have been able to visit places I have and mentally would be in a far worse place than I am.

Competitive life this year has definitely came with its set backs. I’m hoping to be on a start line soon however that is not guaranteed.

What is guaranteed that the minute I can, I am going to WORK to get back to where I want to be.

For as long as I’ve been involved in sport/fitness I’ve always dreamed of representing my country at the highest levels. Never did I think it be for something involving running 🤣

Cannot wait to put on the colours. This is one I’ll look back on when Hunter is older and day ‘I done that’
