🏊♀️💙 83 Miles Challenge Update! 💙🏊♀️
Right… we know we’ve been a bit quiet! 👀 But don’t worry, Eve hasn’t disappeared… she just temporarily swapped the swimming pool for the mud, tents and chaos of The Royal Welsh Show! 🚜🐑🍻
After a week of living on show food, surviving late nights and clocking up plenty of steps (which definitely should count as swimming miles… right? 😂), it was back to reality… and back into the pool! 🏊♀️
Last time we updated you, Eve had completed 10 miles.
Since then she’s powered through another 16 miles, bringing the grand total to 26 miles completed! Below are just a few recordings of her swim🎉💪
That means there’s now 57 miles left to swim before she reaches the full 83-mile challenge. It’s safe to say the goggles are getting plenty of use again! 😅
A huge thank you to everyone who’s donated, shared the fundraiser or simply cheered Eve on along the way. Every message, every donation and every bit of support means the world and is helping raise money for Ochre – The Oesophageal Cancer Charity. The clubs chosen charity this year in memory of Jimmy Warnock💙
