Upcoming Events!

The rugby season is rapidly approaching us so get these dates in your diary!

Thursdays:
Every Thursday the u16s/colts and 1st XV come together to train at 7:30pm! All abilities are welcome.

Friday 4th:
On Friday we will host our welcome back BBQ at the clubhouse. Touch rugby starts at 6pm and the BBQ will start at 7pm. All ages, family friends are welcome.

Sunday 6th:
Mini&Junior rugby restart and registration weekend!

Saturday 26th:
1st XV first game of season at home to Manchester 3rd XV. 3pm KO, all supporters are welcome.

We hope to see you at as many of these events as possible!

WELCOME BACK BBQ

The club will host a BBQ and touch rugby game on Friday 4th of September as we welcome back our juniors and senior players before kicking off the season.

Touch starts at 6pm with the BBQ followed at 7pm

All ages supporters and abilities are welcome!

UPDATED FIXTURES:

With the RFU making the decision to push back fixtures due to the dry weather two fixtures have been rearranged - (Wythenshawe (H) and Leek 3rds (A)).

Our opening game is now a home game against Manchester 3rd XV on 26th September at 3pm. It would be great to have as many supporters down as possible to help kick off the season.

Our game vs wythenshawecrc and Leek RUFC | Community Rugby Club now takes place on the 21st November and 10th October, respectively.

As ever, if you are keen to try or return to rugby or just make friends and have a runabout, you are welcome to join the club. Please do get in touch.

Preparations for the season continue. We are back at Toft Pitches tonight at 7pm for skills sessions before 7:30pm for the main session.

As preparations for the upcoming season continue the club is on the lookout for new players.

No experience is needed, we welcome everyone that wants to have fun and a run around.

We train on Thursday evenings and play Saturday afternoons, with regular socials and team days out.

One Month to Go!

With the 1st XVs first game of the 2026/2027 season only one month away, the lads have been busy preparing for a what is due to be a great game against wythenshawecrc on Saturday 12th September.

The club has welcomed a record number of new faces into the team and have also enticed some old faces to return to the fold over pre-season, meaning that the we cannot be more excited for our opening game in a months time.

Last time out against Wythenshawe, was a fiery and high-scoring battle, with Knutsford coming out on top. This game will be sure to replicate what has already come before.

We invite all club members from all age groups as well as members of the community to come down to support the lads and watch a greatly entertaining match.

Knutsford Rugby Club wants new players!

The club is on the lookout for new players as we approach the start of the season on 12th September.

If you want to make friends, get fit, try/return to rugby then Knutsford Rugby Club is the place for you.

We train every Thursday at Toft Pitches at 1930 with an additional skills section at 1900. Play games every Saturday and have regular socials.

1st XV Fixtures!

The club is excited to release the Seniors fixtures for the coming 26/27 season.

With our season opener against wythenshawecrc only 5 weekends away our brilliant coaches are fully in the swing taking some great pre-season training sessions.
