🎬 Lights, camera… Satya! 🍿✨

We were delighted to support Movies in the Moor yesterday with our very own movie-style trailer! 🎥

If you caught it on the big screen, we hope you loved it. And if you missed it… don’t worry, here’s your chance to watch it! 🎬

It got us thinking…

If your life had a movie trailer, what would it be called? 🤔🍿

Would it be an action-packed adventure, a feel-good comedy, a gripping drama… or a wellness documentary? 😂

Let us know in the comments, we can’t wait to hear your titles! 🎥✨

You spoke, we listened! We’re moving Steph’s Thursday Hot Vinyasa class back to its original time of 9:30am to give everyone that little bit of extra breathing room for school drop-offs and the morning rush.

The new (old!) time starts this week, so if you’ve been waiting for the return of the 9:30am slot, now’s your chance to roll out your mat.

Never been to Steph’s class before? Expect a spicy, creative and dynamic flow that will challenge you in all the right ways, balanced with moments to reset and reconnect, leaving you feeling energised, grounded, and ready to take on the day.

We can’t wait to see you on the mat! Book your spot now.

Your nervous system is calling… are you going to answer?

This weekend, Charlotte began her second Restorative Yoga training, this time with our very own Stu.

Following an injury in 2024, which went on got nearly 2 years, something shifted. Not just physically, but mentally too.

There have been moments of frustration, of learning to slow down, of listening rather than pushing through. And in that space, something has started brewing. Something that’s made us rethink what wellbeing really means, because perhaps the goal isn’t to become better at coping with stress, perhaps it’s to build the capacity to experience life differently.

To feel calmer.
To recover faster.
To move through challenges with greater ease.
To regulate, rather than simply survive.

The truth is, so many of us have become experts at pushing on. We wear being busy as a badge of honour, ignore what our bodies are trying to tell us and wonder why we feel exhausted, overwhelmed or stuck.

What if those feelings aren’t something to push through?

What if they’re your nervous system asking for support?

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be diving deeper into nervous system regulation, why it’s become such a focus for us, and why we believe it’s one of the most overlooked pillars of wellbeing.

Because at Satya, we believe true wellness isn’t just about how strong, flexible or fit you are.

It’s about having the capacity to cope with whatever life throws your way.

If you’re ready to start giving your nervous system the attention it deserves, we’d love to welcome you to one of our regulation-focused classes:

💙 Breathe & Flow with Charlotte
📅 Tuesdays | 8:00pm

💙 Restorative Flow with Monique
📅 Fridays | 9:30am

Maybe this is your sign to stop pushing through… and start listening.

🚧 Wondering what’s going on outside Satya Sanctuary?

If you’ve walked down King Street recently, you may have noticed a few builders, scaffolding and a little more activity than usual!

Don’t worry… we’re open as normal!

The restoration works are part of preserving our beautiful Watson Building, and the builders have been fantastic, working around our class timetable wherever possible to keep noise and disruption to a minimum.

So it’s business as usual inside the studio, whether you’re joining us for Yoga, Barre, Reformer Pilates, Hot Pilates or one of our many other classes, we’ll be here with a warm welcome waiting.

Thank you for bearing with us while our beautiful home gets a little TLC. It’ll all be worth it!

So don’t let the scaffolding put you off…we’re still business as usual indoors!

Pop down, roll out your mat and come and see us, we’d love to welcome you to Satya Sanctuary.
