Oscar has been training with us for 4ยฝ years, and this photo is a fantastic example of how consistent practice pays off.
Just look at that reverse punch. His shoulders and arm are perfectly aligned, his stance is strong and stable, and his technique shows the result of years of dedication and hard work.
Nobody starts with perfect technique. It comes from listening, practising, making mistakes and continually striving to improve.
Every class is another opportunity to get a little bit better than you were yesterday.

At just 3 years old, Cohen was showing us his press ups in Ninja Tykes and absolutely smashing it! ๐
He listened carefully, followed the instructions brilliantly and gave it his best effort from start to finish.
Starting martial arts at a young age isnโt about being perfect. Itโs about learning how to listen, follow directions, build confidence and develop healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
