Orkney Marine Oil is looking for an administrator.
Roles include but are not limited to:
- Invoicing customers
- Ordering fuel for oil tanks
- Organising maintenance of tanks
- Bookkeeping
- Completing duty claim and VAT forms
Bookkeeping and administration experience required.
20 hours a week, £17.45 an hour. Working hours/days to be agreed. Statutory holidays (pro rata).
Kirkwall-based, but some working from home flexibility can be agreed.
Start date end of July (but some flexibility for start date available).
