🥊 WHAT A MORNING AT ORIGINAL FITNESS! 🥊

Great atmosphere in the gym today for an open sparring session with the lads. Plenty of quality rounds, good movement, sharp work and, most importantly, plenty of respect between everyone who stepped in the ring. 👊🏻

It was an absolute pleasure to stand back and watch everyone putting the work in, testing themselves and getting some valuable rounds under their belts.

A massive thank you to for organising the session and bringing everyone together. This is exactly what boxing is about. Hard work, discipline, learning from each other and pushing one another to improve.

Brilliant morning all round. Well done to everyone involved! 🥊🔥
