The faces behind Gym64 - Meet Sophie! 💪🏻

Sophie has been part of Gym64 for an incredible nine years and is now our Assistant Fitness Manager at Dunfermline.

One of her favourite things about Gym64? The variety. From bodybuilding and HYROX to yoga, Pilates and general fitness, there really is something for everyone and as Sophie says, the community makes it pretty hard to leave once you’re here! 🙌🏻
