I run regular weekly classes in Pregnancy Yoga, Mum and Baby Yoga and Baby Massage focusing on breath awareness, building strength and flexibility and creating a safe place for women to connect with others and bond with their baby. As a qualified RYT-300 Yoga instructor, I can further offer Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga style classes. With a community education background I enjoy and have experience of working with people of all ages and backgrounds. With a strong belief that Yoga is a great way to work holistically, I am very passionate about the mind and body benefits of Yoga and see Yoga as a great support for everyone to de-stress, be present and connect with others. Being a qualified Rainbow Kids Yoga teacher, I have run kids classes for all ages, promoting health and well-being through creative play, yoga poses, movement and mindful activities. I have further trained to teach Youth Mindfulness for kids and have previously delivered regular outreach work at Primary schools and Nurseries in Mindfulness, Yoga and Nutrition.
