Team Moore/Whittle

Today we got the ferry over to Arran and hiked Glen Rosa. One of us had bright idea of going into the Blue Pool Glen. Unbelievably cold doesn’t even come close to how cold it was 🥶 enjoy some photos of us smiling through the pain of the cold water. Obviously we had to take photos as no photos means it didn’t happen 🙃

Jacob and I have made the decision to retire from curling. Instead we have become F1 drivers. We were on the podium ahead of Sundays race at Silverstone… this counts right 🤔. In the second photo it looks like two teammates enjoying hanging out with each other. In reality Jacob is relentlessly nagging me about suncream. However we were both aware of the camera pointing at us so happy smiley faces through gritted teeth whilst winding each other up 😜

Happy birthday to this absolute nutter 🎈 Have an amazing day Old Man Whittle. I have reliably been informed that it’s a game and movie day. Since it’s your birthday I hope that the murder ghosts don’t get you, but tomorrow it’s game on 😜

Some of our not so amazing golfing skills, think we’ll stick to curling 🥌

After the competition the players from our group decided to all go out and have a round of crazy golf ⛳️ what happens when you mix curlers with crazy absolute chaos! Why go to Japan to see a Torii gate when you can go to the Flowerbowl 😁

First game was really tight this morning the Gregory’s were able to force ones out of us for the whole game. We were able to get a two on the scoreboard but unfortunately wasn’t enough. Second game we were peels at half time. After a pick up in the 5th end we conceded a five and unfortunately weren’t able to recover from it 🥌

Great bounce back after a tough day yesterday see’s us with two wins on the board. Two highly intense games that took us all the way to the 8th end in both games. All to play for tomorrow! 🥌Highlight today was both of us drawing the one foot in L*D after missing the four before 😅

Catch us this week at the Flowerbowl Entertainment centre where we are competing in the ECA Mixed Doubles Championships. Our first game is 10am Wednesday morning against Team Miles/Miles 🥌
