Did Scone Horse Trials inspire you? Horses that have come through our yard did exceptionally well in the eventing and the showing there this year! These guys (and gal!) Could take you there in the coming years and give you a whole lot of fun and success!
🏡 We have 3 lovely horses looking for a new homes 🏡
The really important bit - we are located in Central Scotland 🏴 by Kinross, we do not have time to take hundreds of pictures and videos, horses are sold/loaned as seen, if you want to come and see them then please do! There is always someone around between 9am and 2.30pm every day of the week - we do need to know your coming so PM us first! They will all go with a Non-Racing agreement in place.
King Of Roses - Ross is a substantial 16.2hh 3yo bay gelding who will grow again yet. You couldn't find a nicer, sweeter horse on the planet! He is very easy to do everything with on the ground, box, shoe, clip etc. To ride he was a real yard favourite on the flat string as he is a dead easy ride, go anywhere, do anything, first, last, in the middle, on his own. Ross has popped logs and tyres round the fields but he hasn't done much out on the roads. This lovely youngster will go on to do absolutely anything and everything you ask of him. Ross should have been rehomed a wee while ago but he cut his leg playing with the horse in the pen next to him. This has healed really really well and whilst it still needs to finish regrowing hair there is absolutely no reason why he can't find his new life now. Given that he is 3yo you could either bring him back into work start and shaping him into a new career or just leaving him to chill out growing up until your ready for him to come back into work. Ross has been seen to windsuck. He is for sale for £4000.
Le Puy is a 15.3hh 3yo filly, she is very slight and pretty, moves well and is very flashy. She can be sassy but she is a 3yo filly! She Will make someone a great fun allrounder in time. She has ran so is fully ror eligible. Puy has never jumped so is a completely blank canvass in this respect. She is good to do in most ways (not a great traveller but travels well when she has the whole of our 2 box opened up) and she has no vices and is currently out 24/7 She is for sale for £4000.
Chose A Copper - 16.2hh 8yo bay gelding. Copper is a dude to do anything and everything with. He has jumped everything we have to jump, he goes first, last, in the middle, on his own and is good in traffic. Copper is good to box, shoe, clip etc. He has a bone chip in his knee that wont stop him doing most things at riding club level but it will need kept an eye on and medicated every so often. Copper is currently living out 24/7 and is ready to kick straight on in a new life. Copper will go with a loan agreement.
Please PM us to come and see the horses as comments get lost in the metaverse and aren't always seen.

Given that he is 3yo and has been in for a month or so until this week (now out in the mornings) I would recommend he has a few weeks of turnout before either bringing him back into work and shaping him into a new career or just leaving him to chill out growing up until your ready for him to come back into work. Ross has been seen to windsuck. He is for sale for £4000.

💗The lovely Lily has found a home. 💗

🏡 It's a ladies day today! We have 2 beautiful mares looking for homes away from racing. 🏡
South Road - Lily - 15.2hh 4yo bay mare. Little Lily is just as her name suggests, she is very neat and petite and absolutely adorable! Lily loves human company and would come and curl up on the sofa with you if she could. I feel Lily would excel in a dressage home in time. When ridden she likes to keep busy and learn new things. She wouldn't be the bravest when she is unsure or gets her knickers in a knot so I wouldn't say jumping beyond the odd pop for fun would be her thing but I do think she could go up the levels in dressage very easily. To ride Lily is not the easiest, she is keen on the gallop, she is not a fan of big strings and much prefers being on her own or with 1 or 2 others. She has been known to plant but this has been a recent thing and I think it stems from a fright she got when out in the big big string. For this reason I do think she would be best spending the next 6 months in a field being a horse and completely forgetting about racing before coming in as a winter project - or having a foal. Being one of our flat horses she hasn't done much road work at all. She is fine with the dogs and tractors on the farm. Lily is only 4yo and has her whole life ahead of her to be someone's best friend, she is good to box, shoe, clip etc and has no vices. Lily is currently living out 24/7 and is so chilled she is almost horizontal! She is for sale for £3500.

I'm really not sure why Hazard hasn't been snapped up! He really is a get on and go as has been proven when a couple of people have come to try him. He ran on New years day, on the 10th of January Steven hopped on to show him to someone having not been sat on since his race and hadn't even had much of a buck and kick in the field as it was all frozen. Hazard just got on with the job and went for a walk, trot and canter on the gallop completely on his own, walked back in etc. He was tried by someone else a few days later. You really don't need to sit on this lad every day if you don't want to! He is such a dude and he is bored just hanging around waiting for someone to take him home and give him a new career - he really will go to the top in anything you ask of him!
Orphan Ollie - 4yo 16hh dark bay gelding. Harzand is a total sweetheart. He gives you all the love and kisses in the stable. He is a total dude to ride and handle and this is probably why he really isn’t going to make it as a racehorse. Harzand Is good to clip, box, shoe etc. Goes first, last, in the middle. He has jumped logs, tyres and hurdles and has a good pop in him. His only downside is he box walks when stressed - whenever he swops between the yards or moves stables he box walks for the first day or so until he settles and then he will rarely do it again unless something really exciting is going on. Harzand ran a few days ago so is piping fit and can either kick straight on into a new career or be turned away for the rest of winter to restart in the spring, the choice would be yours. £3000.
Please PM us to come and see him! He would really love a job to do!
