Really good day with a really good bunch of people 🧡

Plenty has changed for us over the last few weeks, but days like today are a reminder of what TRIFIT is really about.

People turning up. Training together. Having a laugh. Being part of something.

We’ve got a lot to look forward to and a lot of work going on behind the scenes. The next chapter might look a little different for a while, but the direction we’re heading in is a really positive one.

Strong people. Strong community. Healthy future.
