The YogaCraft Studio
125 Chanterlands Avenue
Hull, HU5 3TG
Investment: £20
The benefits of fermented food for our microbiome are much discussed these days.
Here at YogaCraft, I have been teaching Fermentation for 8 or more years, and teach seasonal fermentation workshops throughout the year.
Last year, in our Autumn Abundance Fermentation class, we made Blackberry Apple Kefir, Kombucha Pickled Plums, Sauerruben, Acorn Cashew Cheese and Shroomchi.
Come along to learn why we ferment, how to ferment, and take away plenty of jars of delicious krauts and kimchi to culture at home.
Taster samples, recipe sheets and refreshments included.
Do get in touch to book your place x.

Thank you to everyone who came along to the Home Educators' Potions Club this afternoon.
We made Spiced Elderberry and Blackberry Cordial, and began a macerated oil of plantain and calendula, to be made into a healing Insect Bite Salve eventually.
I hope you all enjoyed it! x.

A Bank Holiday Monday walk alongside the Humber at Paull. Taking in the salty air.
The hawthorns are almost ready to pick, sloes too, and the rosehips not far behind.
I also came home with handfuls of plantain to make healing balm, and sea beet to chop up and throw into my ferments, or scatter into a cauliflower cous cous.

I went for a walk this afternoon, to forage extra plantain and elderberries, for our Home Educators' new 'Potions Club'. We shall be making Elderbery Rob and a Plantain Salve with the children.
Looking forward to it x.
