Move, meditate, relaxβ¦. As the temperature heats up once again we stabilise ourselves with slow, strengthening, mobilising, balancing practices focussed around expansive and steady breath.
All classes on as in image plus Sunday slow flow online at 8am

This famous quote, "If you open the armpits, the brain becomes light. You cannot brood or become depressed," comes from yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar. He used it to describe how physical posture affects mental state; that lifting in the chest and opening the armpits heaviness can be relieved and a sense of joy cultivated.
Join me with open armpits this evening π at Leconfield. All classes running although online Yoga Nidra will likely be running Thursday rather than Wednesday due to a certain sports fixture.
See you on mats and chairs ππΌ

If youβre coming along bring water and anything you need for comfort. No expectations just slow grounding practices with plenty of rest times.
Take care everyone ππΌ
