✨ Ever wondered what a Dance Wize session in Upwell looks like?

Here’s a little peek inside our Juniors, Inters & Seniors sessions! 💃

We pack a lot into just 45 minutes — warming up, working on coordination and musicality, isolations and dynamic stretching, followed by across-the-floor Jazz technique including kicks, leaps, turns and more!

Then it’s routine time! 🙌
Right now we’re working on Commercial, before switching things up with Lyrical next and finishing the term with some Musical Theatre.

As our dancers progress from Juniors through to Seniors, the skills, technique and choreography progress with them — but the focus stays the same: great training, lots of variety and, most importantly, enjoying dance! ❤️

Upwell dancers, we can’t wait to see you all tonight! ❤️
We had such a brilliant start to the new term last week and we’re ready to do it all again!

And just look at our Seniors from Kings Lynn in action! 👀🔥

Our new dedicated Seniors class in Upwell is for dancers aged 13+ through to adults, with a real mix of abilities. Whether you’ve danced for years, want to get back into dance after some time away, or simply fancy trying something new, you are so welcome.
✨ Mixed jazz styles
✨ No pressure
✨ No enforced uniform
✨ Just 45 minutes of dancing, learning and having fun!

We absolutely loved welcoming our Upwell dancers back on Monday, along with so many new faces joining us for taster sessions.

We’re all about creating a place where dancers can have fun, build confidence, make friends and enjoy being themselves — so hearing that our new dancers couldn’t wait to come back is just wonderful.

💜✨ A VERY EXCITING NEW CHAPTER! ✨💜

Today we want to wish one of our amazing Dance Wize dancers the biggest good luck as they start their Dance Course at the College of West Anglia! 🎓

It makes us so proud to see our dancers grow from those early classes, building confidence, finding their passion and developing their skills, to now taking the next step towards pursuing dance in more depth. 💫

We are so excited to see where this new chapter takes you! Keep working hard, keep dancing, keep believing in yourself and never lose the joy that made you fall in love with dance in the first place. 💜

We are SO proud to share that three of our wonderful Dance Wize dancers have successfully auditioned for this year’s King’s Lynn Pantomime at the Alive Corn Exchange! 🌟👏

The dancers are split into a Red Team and a Blue Team, sharing the performances throughout the festive season. 🎄✨

And the best part? Whichever show you book, you’ll be guaranteed to spot at least one of our talented dancers on stage! 🥰

A huge WELL DONE to our three stars — we are incredibly proud of you! 🌟
