It has 3 plate loading points, allowing you to make the movement harder or easier in various ranges of the motion to suit your particular sticking points or how you feel the muscle best.

We are starting our Xmas presents appealnthis year in conjunction with cash for kids. We are looking for our members and extended members family/friends to either drop in Xmas presents (for all ages baby to late teens) or cash and we will buy the presents on your behalf.

Last year we donated hundreds of presents and want to do even more this year if possible. We will start the ball rolling and make space in the supp shop for donated presents, starting with ours.

Every small donation goes some way to lighting up a kids face on Xmas day.
