Shout out to one of my guys Ďavid Henning .
Really cracking progress. David is a really humble guy who just gets on with it, ridiculously strong, and his physique is now showing it.
To top it off he's vegan, we have had to collaborate together with his nutrition as im no expert in this field, but its worked a treat, we have worked to get full amino acid profiles where possible, supplementation and carb timings.
There's still a couple of things we both want to work on, but its going nicely in the right direction.

It's usually the women we train who get the plaudits.
I personally think shaun has done brilliantly. Strength has gone through the roof, fat has noticeably dropped.
A special mention has to go to his wife stacey, who makes his food and forces him to do cardio 😆
