A nice, bright, stand of new sleeves/pads to brighten up a dull day down here in Ayrshire 🌈

Our team have been working on something different this week. We were in Dumfries yesterday afternoon meeting some of Team Learmont as they take on a tough challenge for charity, have a look at their bio in the description below. The whole team will be wearing team clothing to unite them as they battle through the 24 hour challenge 💪 Good Luck!!
“On Saturday 29th August, a group of us are taking on a pretty ridiculous 24-hour challenge at Qfitness.

🏋🏽 1,500,000kg lifted
🏃🏽 234 miles run
⏰ 24 hours.

We’ll be starting at 6am on Saturday 29th and going continuously until 6am on Sunday 30th — and there’s a very important reason behind it.

One of our gym members, business partners Grant Learmont has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer, which has aggressively spread to his bones.

It’s news that has hit incredibly close to home, so we wanted to do something BIG. Every donation from this challenge will be going directly to Prostate Scotland, helping to support the incredible work they do for men and families affected by prostate cancer.

The 234 miles will also be run in memory of our dear friend David Parrish, who sadly lost his life while attempting to beat the unassisted race record on the Cape Wrath Trail.”
