Elite Fitness would like to give a warm welcome to the latest addition to our growing team, Katie Murphy.

Katie is a lovely, easy-going lass who many of you will already know from around the gym floor. Her own fitness journey has been inspiring, and it has given her a real passion for helping others make positive changes in their lives.

Katie now wants to use her experience to help like-minded people become the happiest, healthiest and most confident versions of themselves as she takes the exciting step of launching her new business here at Elite Fitness.

We’re delighted to have Katie joining the team and can’t wait to see what she achieves.

With Built with Katie, my goal is to help women become stronger, more confident and more comfortable in who they are — while creating a community where they never feel like they’re doing it alone.

I want to grow the Built Girls Club into a community of women who train together, support each other, celebrate the wins and keep each other going through the hard days too.

Elite feels like the perfect place to build that.

A Wee Update From Elite Fitness

It’s been a busy week at Elite Fitness, 17 London Road, Kilmarnock, and we wanted to share a quick update on everything that’s been happening behind the scenes.

First of all, we’re extremely happy with the team we’ve built at Elite Fitness, and we’re delighted to be welcoming another new PT, Katie Murphy, to the team.

One of the things we’re most proud of at Elite is the community feel in the gym. Members, PTs and staff all get on brilliantly, and there’s a genuinely good atmosphere about the place. That’s exactly the kind of gym we’ve always wanted Elite Fitness to be.

We’ve also been investing heavily back into the gym, with plenty already completed and even more on the way:

• New machines now in: Nautilus Pullover, Cybex Bravo and Cybex Seated Hamstring Curl
• Supplement shelves fully stocked
• Iron Icon Clothing stocked – hoodies, shorts, caps, T-shirts, joggers and socks
• Black Doctrine Clothing stocked
• Elite Fitness Clothing stocked
• New fingerprint door access going live Monday for added security
• New air-conditioning to be installed
• Walls repaired and freshly painted throughout the gym and posing room
• Prep King freezer installed, with fresh meal preps arriving from next week
• New vending machine arriving within the next 2–3 weeks
• New LED ceiling lighting design
• New neon Elite Fitness sign going up outside on the roof
• Door fitted to the posing room
• Dorian Yates supplements arriving next week
• Staircase repaired and freshly painted black

There’s been a lot happening, but it’s all part of continuing to improve Elite Fitness and giving our members the best gym, equipment and environment we can.

A massive thank you to our members, PTs and the whole Elite Fitness team for creating the atmosphere we have here. The equipment and facilities matter, but it’s the people and the community that make the gym what it is.
