Nae wars this time round just a bit of a clinic first half from the Temple lads saw them boost up 5-0. Great transitions, great possession n great tempo in this one I felt n lads got their just desserts 🍨.
2nd half typical foot af the gas, missed a barrel load but also AWR played some tidy stuff gettin a couple o well deserved ⚽️s👏🏼
Special shout out tae Andy Reid n McCormick J Work. Andy wis no the only ex pro called Reid oan the line ups this week but think wis the only one who turned up 😂😜🙈… ONLY KIDDIN!!!. And Jye makin his return to the squad who settled back in nicely with some nice link up and great runnin in behind 🧠👌🏼😍.

BEST GAME SO FAR THIS SEASON!!!
The effort, the standard, the goals from both sides was up there🔥.
Great performances fae Lundie, Young, Duffy, Kerr, McLaughlan, just tae name a few n annoyingly oan the other side😩 Caddis, Denim, Boyd👏🏼.
Game was end to end n if we coulda converted our early chances maybe coulda been a different storyline, but no to be.
Goal o the game came from the return of Gray managed to break up play n also get himself in the box n d**k the keeps with the left foot 😍.
Special shout out to Sneddon with one of the best saves I’ve seen🧤💯 also a pen save n a couple full stretch last ditch stops 💪🏼👌🏼.
This NF mob continues tae be ma Everest tho🏔️😔.

A sad one this saw new boys Shortlees with the new season blues…. Unable to field a team due to short staff 😩 been there 😢 Temple scoop the 3 points in their hunt for the league 🏆

“CENTRAL CLEANING SERVICES” 💔Friday night saw Templetonburn FC fitted in their new 3rd kit in memorial to the old man n his cleaning company he started from scratch 45 years ago. His involvement in sponsoring local teams all through his life was amazing, as you see in the ol black n white photo, Loanhead Primary “Dunlop Trophy” champs 3 years in row🤣🏆💪🏼. Thank you so much dad ❤️.

Ayrshire League Game 7 🔥
Awfa Awfa fiery wan this, n no just cause playin in 25 degree heat😰, both teams at it fae the get go, late tackles, kick oots, square go’s, both gaffers with dubious calls🙈, the lot🤣.
AWR travelled heavy hiy with some tidy players, n worked their asses af 👏🏼. Game was opened with Hislop being brought down n converted pen from Reid👌🏼. Temple didn’t ease oan the pressure n really made amends on the disappointing 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏆 exit the week before, scoring another 2 before half time, the best coming from a Kerr drive n cross to an on runnin McLaughlan who headed into the onion bag 😍.
2nd half n Temple upped it once more with a McNamara looped through baw onto Reid who d**ked the keeps👌🏼👏🏼.
AWR due to their quality didn’t give up tho n really kept grafting n trying to create but with Sneddon, Gibson, Young, Kerr n Stewart oan top form the clean sheet was warranted💪🏼
The final 30 mins really ramped up tho when Rollo came oan hiy🤣🙈. 3 goals created in 30 mins due tae his influence🤣🤣…. Yous convinced🤔.
Special shout out this week to Hislop making his return with 2 assists n no stop running, he’s been missed❤️

1st half saw chances from both sides with both teams playin slick, high intensity football 😍.
McLaughlan unlucky with a 1v1, Reid unlucky with a cut back saved, Kerr with 3 great drives to by line just couldn’t find the man with the cut backs😩. Flip that n NF also geein the Temple gaffer the 💩 with chances fae Caddis, Armer n some other cu** a dunno his name😩…
2nd half n after 60 mins, 2-2 n then NF found another gear where on the flip side, Temples gear boax fell oot 🚗💥🤕…
Hard one to take as post match in the changing room lookin at the sad, tired, beetroot faces 😰 it was clear the lads gave their all but on the night couldn’t match NF in the final 20 mins💔oot the Scottish so now we turn to the league where we have a chance tae amend this one 💪🏼🤞🏼.

Ayrshire League Game 6🕺🏻⚽️.
Road trip fur the Temple the night tae Ayr United’s training facilities, n boyeee what a set up… lads didn’t disappoint.
Kais Ayr a very well set up side made it very difficult to break down, kept superb shape👌🏼 took a cute baw fae Gibson to John Mclaughlan who brought it doon nicely, squared up the full back n let af a 🚀 tap bins🔥.
McLaughlan wis a menace the night drivin tae the by line this time n squaring to Andy Reid for his first of the night⚽️.
2nd half saw more of the same control from Temple leading to another from McLaughlan and Reid.
Kais Ayr gettin a reward for their graft with some joy on their transitions, ball over the top leading to a pen for the home side, nicely converted might I add👏🏼.
Young with not only a rock solid performance also got himself on the score sheet with a great finish😍⚽️.
But goal o the night was a pounced on rebound from Reid back to goal held off defender n back healed through his legs n in 🙈🙉… cheeky cu**t🤣👏🏼🙌🏼.

We decided to take on a game during oor break n by gosh we almost paid a price fur it😩
Blacks off tae a flyer with a well worked break away 5 min in, up 0-1..
Everyone apart from the gaffer didn’t seem to stress n fur the full first half kept knockin oan the door but to no avail…
2nd half saw couple wee changes n after the 1st wan went in they kept comin👌🏼
