A very special day at Kettering Town FC ❤️🖤
Some days at the club are about results and three points. Others are about creating memories and welcoming Leah Williamson to Kettering Town was definitely one of those days.
It was a real privilege to host Leah as part of a fantastic day with Weetabix, giving local children the chance to get involved in a coaching session, enjoy time on the pitch and meet one of the biggest names in the game.
Leah was brilliant with everyone, taking time to chat, laugh, get involved and pose for plenty of photos. For the youngsters especially, having the opportunity to meet someone who has reached the very top of football was incredibly special.
A huge thank you to Weetabix for helping make the day possible and for creating such a memorable experience for the children.
Days like this are exactly what we want Kettering Town FC to be about: football, community, opportunity and inspiring the next generation.
And of course, a massive thank you to Leah for being so generous with her time and for making the day one that so many people at the club won’t forget.
We absolutely loved having you at Kettering Town, Leah. You’re welcome back anytime! ❤️🖤
