🌻 REQUESTING AN EHCP NEEDS ASSESSMENT?

You may hear that your child:

❌ Has not completed enough cycles of support
❌ Has not seen an Educational Psychologist
❌ Does not have a diagnosis
❌ Has not fallen far enough behind
❌ Does not meet the Local Authority’s own criteria

However, the legal test is whether:

✨ Your child has or may have special educational needs; and
✨ It may be necessary for special educational provision to be made through an EHCP.

The words “may have” and “may be necessary” matter.

The statutory test is contained in section 36(8) of the Children and Families Act 2014.

🌻 DLA FORM COMPLETION SUPPORT 🌻

Applying for Disability Living Allowance for your child can feel overwhelming. The form is lengthy, repetitive and often difficult to complete while managing your child’s everyday needs.

I can complete the DLA application with you, helping to clearly explain:

✨ Your child’s care and supervision needs
✨ Their mobility needs and safety risks
✨ Support required during the day and night
✨ How their needs differ from another child of the same age
✨ The impact of their difficulties on everyday family life

The service costs £350 as a fixed fee and includes detailed completion of the form using the information and supporting evidence you provide.
