I am very happy to announce that Kettering Tai Chi will be teaching at The Big Retreat Festival again this year, on the Saturday, Sunday and Monday mornings. It's another chance to share some Tai Chi and Qigong alongside the Yoga, breathing, fitness, wood carving, craft activities, axe throwing, etc, as well as a wide range of talks.
It is set on the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast/estuary and will be running from Friday 23rd to Monday 26th May 2025.
The website - https://www.thebigretreatfestival.com/ - is being updated regularly so keep checking in and the full timetable and list of teachers/presenters should be up soon enough.
If anyone is interest in going and would like more details, please let me know.
