Damien also stepped up for his first interclub this month and put on two very good performances!

Another incredible month of commitment on the mats!

Congratulations to our top three for June:

Jacob Proctor takes the top spot with an incredible 39 sessions

Jordan McGill sits in 2nd with 25 sessions

and John Kay takes third spot with an impressive 23 sessions

While all three have shown outstanding dedication, there's something truly special about John's achievement.

From 10th June onwards, John hasn't missed a single day of training. Every class, every competition session, day after day... and he's carried that streak straight into July.

Why does that deserve a special mention?
Because John is 68 years young!

So the next time you catch yourself saying you're too tired, too busy or too old, i want you to remember John. If he can make that commitment, what's stopping you?

let this be proof that it's never too late to begin and you're capable of far more than you think.
