Are your injuries slowing you down?

Jeff was training for an epic two day run/hike and an old knee injury refunded his entry fee.

We’re building back up. 💪

The plan needs to meet where Jeff is now. Not the other way round.

He’s now thrown a Hyrox debut in next March to focus the rehab and plan ahead.
