๐ณ Help Shape the Future of Collis Millennium Green! ๐ผ
Dear Residents and Park Users,
The Trustees of Collis Millennium Green Trust are delighted to let you know that we are preparing an application for a Community Grant to help fund further improvements to our much-loved park. ๐ฟ
โ
What we've achieved so far
Over the past few years, the park has benefited from Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) funding from Maidstone Borough Council, which has enabled us to install:
๐น Solar-powered CCTV
๐ New notice boards
โน๏ธ Information boards
These improvements have made the park safer, more welcoming and better informed, and we are very grateful for the support received. ๐
๐ Our next phase of improvements
We are now seeking funding for projects that may include:
๐ถ New and improved footpaths to enhance accessibility throughout the park.
๐ก Solar-powered lighting along key pathways to improve safety during darker evenings.
๐ Upgrading the basketball court to provide a better recreational facility for all ages.
๐ก๏ธ Replacing or improving the protective netting around the sports area.
๐ณ Other improvements that will make the park even more enjoyable for everyone.
๐ฌ We would love to hear from you!
Your views and ideas are extremely important in helping us prepare a strong grant application that reflects the needs of our community.
