Barry’s bonce this week is Dagnis.

Dagnis trained like he was trying to break the rink. He had zero chill, a full engine and absolutely no passengers.

If you weren’t sweating next to him, you weren’t working hard enough, well done Dag.

Barry has returned from his “wellness retreat” (apparently he ate chips and slept a lot) and immediately crowned Tom as his bonce of the week for last night’s sterling effort at training.

Barry says the bonce was “radiant”.
We don’t argue with Barry.
