Three weeks to go until the Former Players & President’s Pre-Match Lunch.

If it’s been a while since you’ve been back at KRFC, this is the perfect excuse.

Three-course lunch, table w**e, plenty of familiar faces and then Men’s 1XV v Dudley Kingswinford.

Saturday 3rd October

Kenilworth U16 boys match report!🏉

Kenilworth U16 boys had a first run out of the season, against Sutton Coldfield. Great morning of rugby, very well officiated by new Warwickshire referee Dan Kirby, with Sutton scoring a few early tries against the run of play. Kenilworth responded well with tries from Reuben Franklin, 2 from Isaac Deegan & one in the final few minutes from Jack Thirde. All conversions were successful by Jack T, with the last one superbly taken from the touchline to give Kenilworth the lead. However Sutton stole the spoils scoring on the last play of the game to win 29-28.

The game was watched by Aylesford School head of year 11, Mr Rees, he played for Edwardians last season against Kenilworth (Scoring twice!!) and has just joined Bromsgrove. Since starting at the school he has done some great work to get the school training and playing rugby. Last season managing a few fixtures hosted at Kenilworth, this season aiming for more with coaching support to help the good numbers and interest.

Also hoping to enter Aylesford Y11 in to the famous Rosslyn Park 7’s in March, which will no doubt feature a few of the Kenilworth U16 boys squad below with Mr Rees 👍💙💛🏉

Three days of rugby, skills and non-stop fun at Kenilworth RFC — all abilities welcome, boys and girls, U6 to U15.

⏰ 9:00am – 1:30pm
💰 £25/day or £60 for all 3 days
🥪 Bring a packed lunch

Coached by Director of Rugby Matt Price, supported by our current Men’s and Women’s players.

👉 Bring your team: 10+ players from an age group = free bag of rugby balls. 20+ = free VX3 kit too!

A familiar face. A friendly conversation. A place where people know your name.

For many, being part of a club is about much more than sport. It's about finding a community, building friendships and knowing there's always someone to share a chat with.

This World Su***de Prevention Day, we're reminded that small moments of connection can make a real difference. A simple "How are you?" or "Fancy a drink?" can mean more than we ever realise.
Let's continue to look out for one another, both on and off the pitch. Because nobody should ever feel like they're facing life alone.

If you're struggling, or you think someone else might be, don't be afraid to start a conversation. Sometimes just being there is enough. 💙

Calling all Kenilworth RFC former players.

The Former Players & President’s Pre-Match Lunch returns on Saturday 3rd October, and we’d love to see as many familiar faces back at the club as possible.

Enjoy a three-course lunch with table w**e, catch up with old teammates and friends, then stay on to watch Kenilworth Men’s 1XV take on Dudley Kingswinford.

Tickets are £30 per person, with £2.50 from each ticket going to FPA funds.

Bar opens at 11.30am.

Saturday 5th September, we host Burton RFC for a proper day of rugby:

🔵🟡 Men’s 2XV — KO 1pm
🔵🟡 Men’s 1XV — KO 3pm

Bar’s open from 1pm, and we’ve got Ben's Biltong in for the day doing a traditional South African braai — authentic meats, done properly, 2pm–5pm.

Stick around after full time — the Rugby Championship decider, South Africa vs New Zealand, is live on the big screens from 4:10pm.
