As we gear up for the Suffolk Coastal Path 50K, we want to say a huge thank you to the team at Suffolk Lowland Search & Rescue.

It will be the 5th year they have been with us, providing invaluable support to the event. For those running on Saturday, you will pass many of their brilliant volunteers stationed at marshal points along the route, give them a big smile 😁

Time Trials are back! ⏱️🔥

We are organising three evening time trial events over the autumn. We did these back in pandemic times and they were good fun!

The concept is simple. We mark out an ~8km route and you run it as fast as you can, starting anytime during a 1-hour window.

A good way to test your fitness and something a bit different to your normal evening run. They are all at warm village halls, with pizza and refreshments included.

1️⃣ 23rd Sept, Hastoe Village Hall
2️⃣ 21st Oct, The Lee Parish Hall
3️⃣ 25th Nov, Bledlow Ridge Village Hall

We are very pleased to announce that entries for the 3rd edition of the Chiltern Hills 100K are now open!

When we launched the Suffolk Coastal Path 50K in 2022 it was a gamble. Being so far away from the Chilterns meant it was outside our catchment area, and we had to attract a whole new community of runners to the race.

Edition 1 saw just 80 starters, but slowly the event has grown: 2023 - 148 starters, 2024 - 273 starters, 2025 - 304!

This September, we go again for edition 5 with a sell-out field of 400. The biggest race yet deserves a new look, so we tasked the best in the business Johnny Bertram to craft a new logo - we love it, and hope you do too 🌊☀️
