Because it's a freestyle dance, you don't work on a choreographed piece but you build up a vocabulary of moves to create your own style and dance. I rotate round people in the class working individually or with 2-3 people at a time and then leave you to practice while he moves on to the next person/group. There is no one too young or too old to learn this amazing style of dance! Trackies, baggy jeans or combats; T-shirts, trainers etc. (please bring a clean pair of trainers which you don't use for outdoors - to keep the floor clean for the next class)

We recommend that you get some knee & elbow pads - go for the volley ball variety which are soft & flexible - available from good sports shops.
