This is an official parkrun page. A free timed 5k, all are welcome to attend to walk, jog or run the course. Every Saturday at 9.30am.
Please register on the parkrun website before coming and bring your barcode with you.😊 Free, weekly, 5km timed run in the beautiful surroundings of Eglinton Country park. Register before your first run at http://www.parkrun.org.uk/, bring a printed copy of your barcode, and run with us at 9.30am. We're a welcoming and sociable timed run, we welcome and encourage runners of all abilities to take part.

We are still looking for two volunteers (1 x timekeeper & 1 x finish tokens) to join the hi-viz army.
So if you can help out for whatever reason, drop a comment to this post, no offer to help will be refused.

It's that time of the week again, where I pester you all to see who wants to volunteer for this weekend's event.
We are looking for the following position to be filled, so that our event can go ahead,
1 x timekeeper
1 x finish tokens
2 x marshals
2 x barcode scanners

To those new to the event the first timers briefing is at 9.20am(start area is a 5 minute walk from the car park so allow extra time).
Please park responsibly, there are plenty of spaces across 2 car parks.
Don't forget your barcode!

Ahead of this week's parkrun the roster shows that we still need the following:
1 timekeeper
1 marshal

We are now into August, sounds like a great month to volunteer!
