Sometimes they run through the door, full of excitement.
Sometimes they cling a little tighter and don’t want to go in.
And sometimes, it’s us who finds the goodbye harder than they do.
We worry.
We wonder if they’re okay.
We wonder if they need us to stay just a little longer.
But then the door closes… and something beautiful happens. ✨
They step into their own little world.
They dance.
They laugh.
They make friends.
They try new things.
They grow in confidence.
And, little by little, they discover that they can do things without us standing right beside them.
And when you come back, more often than not…
They come running out absolutely fine, probably with a huge smile on their face, ready to tell you all about it. 🩷🖤
And in that moment, you realise that sometimes loving them means taking a tiny step back…
So they can take a big step forward.
Sometimes, leaving them at the door is actually part of the magic. ✨
