🧘‍♀️ It’s been a wonderful summer with full classes and covering classes for my Yoga Teacher colleagues. I’ve been so busy I’ve neglected this page a bit. But it’s September now and this poem resonates.

As usual, my 7.30pm ‘Wind Down Wednesday’ Gentle Yoga class Martlesham Leisure is full with a waitlist. Lots of space in 8.30pm though.

So if you want a soft, restorative, restful class, to unwind from the busyness of summer, and assist you to a peaceful sleep, please join me. All welcome. Bring a blanket to snuggle up in for the ending meditation if you wish.

So after 15 years of teaching Sassy DanceFit at the wonderful I am finishing up this Friday.

It’s been a totally fabulous class. I remember the bravery of my wonderful ladies when I started teaching this saucy, sassy class. No one knew what to expect as I was the first instructor to bring a burlesque, showgirl style to the club.

I’m proud to say some of those original ladies are still with me!! The class has also helped me through some tough times. Knowing I had an opportunity to ‘wiggle and giggle’ on a Friday night with my gorgeous ladies has always brought a smile to my face.

But now with my kids all grown up it’s time for me to have some time off, go away for the weekend and enjoy my weekends.

Thank you to all my gorgeous, sassy ladies for 15 years of awesomeness. I hope you still throw a butt wave or two!! 😉

(I’m still teaching Gentle Yoga on Wednesdays 7.30pm amd 8.30pm. Hope yo see you ‘on the mat’. )

The class is aimed at encouraging relaxation, release and restoration. You may end up as chilled as my rescue cat William (who often sits on my mat when I’m practicing) 😜
