The most "healthy" breakfasts are setting you up to be knackered by midday, not full of energy.

Cereal, fruit juice, low-fat yoghurt, toast on its own, one of them fast food "healthy" breakfasts... looks good on the box, doesn't mean much else.

Looking healthy isn't the same as keeping you full or getting you through the day.

Want breakfast actually sorted? DM BLUEPRINT.

Five things for the cool bag with zero stress.

Rice, mince and veg. A wrap. Overnight oats with a shake in. Cold pasta salad. Nuts, eggs and fruit.

None of it's complicated.
You just have to prep it the night before.

Save this for your next shop.

DM BLUEPRINT if you want it built around your shifts.

Decide what you're eating tomorrow, tonight... not when you're stood starving in the garage

DM me "BLUEPRINT" and I'll build the food side of this around your shifts

Rack pulls (or RDL or Deadlifts) are a once a week exercise for sure

I use them to strengthen the posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, lower back)

Make sure the form is on point

If you do them wrong it can make things worse

But if you do them right, it can transform your lower back and glute strength

DM "BLUEPRINT" to see how we can help you

Back giving you grief before you've even started work?

You've probably been told it's just age. It's not.

It's because nobody ever trained your body for this job.

Two to three sessions. Right food. That's it.

Not complicated, just consistent.

You'll struggle at 45, 50. Maybe you already are.

Train for your job. I don't fix backs.

I make sure you never need someone who does.

If you're a tradesman, you need to hear this.

I know what it's like watching your body break down on you.

Back's gone. No energy. Not strong enough.

Learned that the hard way, young... glad I did.

Now I work long hours and still have energy left over.

Up in the morning ready to go, not sluggish.

Takes one simple plan built around your life, not against it.

Still work full time. Still be there for the kids. No burnout.

Follow AWG Fitness... I'll show you exactly how.

Your body's the most important tool you've got.

Not a drill. Not a van. You.

Knackered tool, no work. Simple as that.

Two to three sessions a week keeps it strong.

Right food keeps it topped up.

Train it properly and it lasts.

Doesn't take you away from work or family.

It's what keeps you showing up for both.

Follow AWG Fitness and I'll show you how to start today.

For the tradesman who's got 3 days a week in him, not 5.

This is the exact split built around a physical job... one heavy lift a day, everything else supports it.

Miss a session and the week's not wrecked, the other two still cover you.

Save this. Screenshot it. Take it to the gym with you.

Want it built around your actual shifts instead of a generic split?

DM BLUEPRINT and I'll sort it.

Over 50% of tradesmen end up taking time off work. Not from an accident, but from the aches and pains they never trained for.

Same low back, same shoulders, taking a daily beating and getting zero attention.

No one's covering your wage while you're sat at home waiting for it to heal.

Sort your training, food and recovery around your job... not against it, and you cut that risk right down.

DM me BLUEPRINT and I'll show you what that actually looks like.

This is your sign to get that thing done.

The one you've been saying you're gonna do for ages.

Doesn't matter what it is... do it for you.

Time's gonna pass anyway, so don't give a s**t what anyone else thinks.

Just get it done.
