OMG!! Blown away by all the yogis who not only turned up and showed up for my 80s yoga session The Zen Project in the Zen Garden at Latitude. So much fun… oops upside your head seated poses, Sun salutation mexican wave to Diana Ross’s Chain Reaction. Tributes to Billy Ocean and Bonnie Tyler. I had no idea if anyone would turn up but it was jammed. THANK YOU Latitude Festival YOU WERE SO MUCH FUN. Loved it all!
