🎉 ADLBA UNDER-18 SINGLES - WINNER 🎉

Congratulations to Zoe Hay on her win today, at the ADLBA Finals Day, as Under-18 Singles Champion. This adds to her other wins this season as Craigie Ladies Champion of Champions, and the Benachie Junior Singles Champion.

It's our first season as part of the ADLBA. Having reached the semi finals stage of both the Top 10 Pairs and also the Mixed Triples, we're definitely making our mark.

🎉 HANDICAP SINGLES - WINNER 🎉

Congratulations to Mark Hay on winning the Handicap Singles tonight, overcoming Lee Aitken in a well-played final, which finished 22-14. The game was close at times, but Mark led throughout to take the title.

And despite his success in other competitions over the years, it’s his first singles title at the club, which makes it all the better.

Well done Mark! 👏

🎉 LADIES SINGLES - WINNER 🎉

Tonight saw the conclusion of our Ladies Singles, with Sylvia Wood coming out on top. A competitive game, which saw Sylvia claim her second title, having previously been champion in 2024.

Special mention also goes to Runner-Up Siobhan Hay, who at the age of 13, competed in her second consecutive Ladies Final. A future champion in the making!

Congratulations to Pamela Grant & Zoe Hay on their win tonight against Linda Grant & Cate Stewart, on what was a rather dreich night that saw the match played under the floodlights. The game was close for the first few ends, but saw Pamela & Zoe build a steady lead throughout to finish 15-6.
