Me, feeling contented! after Tuesday’s 11.30am Yoga at David Lloyd Chigwell having a moment of reflection & pause in the Nature Reserve behind the club. Members experienced a quiet and peaceful atmosphere in the Mind Body Studio today with great feedback shared following postures, I closed class with a seated breathwork pranayama technique finding a Four-Part-Breath towards a 6:3:6:3 ratio which cultivates harmony in your whole body-mind-emotions, bringing balance to your Nervous System. As Per Satyananda and the Bihar School of Yoga. EVEN a short breathing practice can bring real noticeable change. We remarked upon the internal feelings of the ‘inner-flow-waves’ of the breath sensations. Panic energy being felt inside 🧘🏻♀️🧘🏽🧘♀️

As we approach a heatwave week it can feel really good to BE more grounded at times, attentive to the flow of your breath.
