Our First Point in Div 1 and it was hard earned. Both teams had some strong chances to win the game so a draw is probably a fair result.

Our goal came from a Trivela through ball by Ben. After 100s of attempts it’s finally paid off 👀 Louis B does what he does best, receiving it on the left and burying it.

Keeper Jack pulled off a Peno save to keep us in the game against their striker who was a nightmare all morning 👏

Back to the Pub now to Watch the Derby. No place we would rather be than the best Pub in York The Punch Bowl.

Top Performance again for this lad. 16 years old but plays well ahead of his years. Debut in a men’s competitive game and went straight up against an established Semi Pro player. Frustration forced them to swap sides and that’s where it all went wrong.

Unfortunately this is the last time Leo will win MOTM because we don’t want any academies noticing him quite yet 👀 unbelievable performance 👏

A harsh reality of switching off briefly today. 0-0 at halftime and arguably the better team after missing some chances. Second half Wiggy made some changes and we didn’t adapt. 10 minutes of switching off cost us 3 goals and made it too hard to recover. Fair play to Wiggy who showed their quality and capitalised.

Snake Cole Carter scored a top binner against us aswell which is an absolute sickener to take.

Dan scored a beautiful whipped finished from the left to lob the keeper and a great pass from Louis C. Our only goal of the game.

Definitely a performance to build from but we showed we could compete in the first half. We go again next week. Still very proud of our boys to go out and complete. Time to drown our sorrows at the best pub in York The Punch Bowl
