We know Haworth Park isn’t a bowling green or a brand-new 4G surface, but we’re incredibly proud of the volunteers who give up their time throughout the week to make sure our pitch is in the best condition possible.
Given the recent dry weather and drought conditions, it’s been a real challenge. The team have worked extremely hard reseeding, watering, filling holes whenever possible and putting countless hours into maintaining and improving the surface.
A huge amount of work goes on behind the scenes that people don’t always see. A massive thank you to everyone involved. Your time, effort and commitment to the club is genuinely appreciated. 👏⚽️
