IT’S COMPLETELY FREE TO ENTER!

This is not a ticketed event, there’s no need to book, reserve a space or buy a ticket. Just turn up, have a look around, enjoy the artwork and live music, and support some brilliant local creativity.

The whole idea behind Open Walls is simple: to give local artists the chance to exhibit their work in a relaxed, chilled-out and welcoming space.

Whether you’re an artist yourself, love art, want to support local creatives, or simply fancy doing something a little different on your Saturday, with family or friends then pop down everyone is welcome.

🚗 PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the venue is limited, so if possible we recommend walking or parking nearby and making the short walk over.

This event has been created to support local people, local artists and creativity — and we’d love to see as many of you there as possible.

6 YEARS OF THE GYM 🎉

Today marks 6 years since I achieved a dream of mine and opened our own gym.

Since then we've made it through Covid with just a few bits of equipment, built ourselves back up, expanded and eventually moved into a bigger location just metres away from where it all started.

It's been tough, relentless and definitely hasn't always gone to plan, but 6 years later we're still here.

A massive thank you to everyone who's supported the gym over the years, whether you've been with us from the start or only recently joined.

To celebrate, there are cakes and buns on reception today 🎂

And as an extra thank you for all the support, shares, tags and recommendations you've given us over social media...

Due to class numbers and to make sure we can control spaces, we will no longer be accepting single-session passes.
