🎾 PADEL PLAYGROUND IS HERE! 🛝

We’re excited to launch our brand-new Padel Playground sessions for children aged 5–9 years old! 👧🧒

These fun, team-led sessions are all about keeping little ones active while developing key sporting skills such as hand-eye coordination, teamwork, movement and confidence — all while having plenty of fun! 🙌

Please note: these are not coaching sessions. They’re designed as a relaxed and fun introduction to sport and padel, with no pressure to perform!

Over the next few days we’ll be looking at the 3 most common injuries that occur on court. Today we’re tackling calf and ankle strains & tendinopathies.
