Congratulations are in order again to Emily & Nancy who have been accepted onto the ‘Front & Centre: West End Training Programme’
And Ella who has successfully auditioned for The West End Experience: Industry Prep Associates!

These workshops will show them a life of a professional and what skills are needed to take forward in their dance and performing career to be successful!

I asked Emily today how it was and she said ‘SO fun!’ With bright eyes 🥹✨🤩

All items here are AGE 10-11, Aerith would typically wear AGE 8-9.

Hot week 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 conditioning by the fan!

Most classes saw some steady conditioning, 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest.

We also did lots of stretching.

Nice, safe, steady pace… keeping heart rates down and trying not to over exert ourselves 🥵

But still working, still learning and still having fun with friends 💜 ☀️

We then went to add another 4 blocks after this was taken 😂

Our Saturday 11.15am Minis have been working on back flexibility a lot recently.

We are safely encouraging them to execute the same few drills each week to enhance their flexibility. ✨
