The visitors arrive in good form, coming off the back of two consecutive wins, while Shelley are unbeaten in our last four. 💪

What a fantastic day on Saturday as we hosted our fundraising event in aid of the British Heart Foundation and Shelley FC.

We set ourselves a target of £1,000 — and thanks to the incredible generosity and support of everyone involved, we smashed it! 🙌

2nd Annual Shelley Old Boys Game – Match Report

What a fantastic day for the 2nd Annual Shelley Old Boys Game! ⚽️❤️🖤

The Green & Whites came out on top in an entertaining contest, running out 3–1 winners against the Reds.

For the Reds, TC got himself on the scoresheet with a superb free kick, before unfortunately seeing his penalty saved.

More importantly than the football, it was a fantastic day for the club and our chosen charity, the British Heart Foundation. We’re delighted to say that our £1,000 fundraising target has now been surpassed! 👏❤️🖤

The morning got underway with Shelley U14s taking on All Skills U14s in an exciting game that showcased the quality and talent coming through our junior section. The future looks very bright! 👏

A huge thank you to Mick Coles, who refereed the game and kindly donated his referee’s fee to charity. 👏

We also want to say a massive thank you to every volunteer who gave up their time to help make the day such a success. Events like this simply wouldn’t happen without you.

And finally, to all the players, supporters, families, sponsors and everyone who came along and contributed — thank you. The support has been incredible.

Now it’s time to rest up for the next 12 months… before we come back for the 3rd Annual Shelley Old Boys Game and make it even bigger and better! ❤️🖤

Unfortunately tonight’s U21s game against Thorncliffe Villa is off!

The pitch is unplayable following the recent rainfall which has left pools of standing water on the playing surface.

Fixture Update

Unfortunately, last night’s 1st team game against Golcar United was abandoned following an unfortunate injury to Golcar player Michael Dolan.

Everyone at Shelley FC would like to wish Dolan a speedy recovery and send our very best wishes to him, his family and everyone at Golcar United. ❤️

A new date for the fixture will be arranged later in the season.

Get well soon, Dolan and enjoy the Huddersfield Town games during the recovery. 🙏

Shelley u21s Sunday team playing in Div 1 of the Garforth u21 Sunday league. Good quality football against some good oppsition.

Looking for more players to Bolster the squad.

Weather you play Saturdays and want to play Sundays , no team anymore and want to continue your football journey , or looking for a new team then we can accomodate everybody.

Pathway into our midweek u21s , Adult reserves and Adult 1st team for those that want it. Those that dont then just come and play and continue enjoying your football.
