Can't take part?
Come along anyway. Cheer everyone on, enter the raffle, enjoy some refreshments and help us raise as much as possible.
Why are we doing this?
Because childhood cancer changes everything.
Seven years ago, Laura's family experienced that first-hand. Today we're incredibly grateful that William is seven years clear.
Now another local family is facing that same journey.
That's why we're hosting The FORM Trilogy—three back-to-back reformer classes, one challenge and one incredible cause.
Together, we'll be fundraising for Candlelighters, helping children and families facing childhood cancer with practical, emotional and financial support when they need it most.
Together, let's move for something bigger than ourselves. đź’›

Ever found your progressing, then challenge hits?
Temporarily change your goals,
Change your training
Make it less about performance and numbers.
More about rebuilding capacity.
Gradual exposure.
Patience.
Consistency.
RECOVERY HAPPENS.
This is a principle that's worth remembering
This is exactly how I trained after a recent neural setback changed everything for a while.
Five weeks ago I couldn’t lift my legs past 45°.
It wasn't a training injury.
It was a neural set back.
Training changed
But rebuilding feels good.

Let's face it.. Progress is never linear.
It's more like a mess of ups, downs, stops and starts.
Injuries.
Setbacks.
Life getting in the way.
🙋‍♀️ That was my journey. It started 8 years ago.
I was dtermined to recover from chronic pain.
With the help of a professional,
I started strength training... and PILATES!
6 weeks in.. I break my ankle
QUIT or CONTINUE...?
I continued and was determined..
I even trained in a boot, in the gym, with a trainer (self conscious, but I continued because I felt the benefit)
The boot came off,
I continued training.
Then, the usual hiccups: Kids. Illness. Fatigue. Deadlines. Surgeries, Pain flaring ups, when you think you’re past it.
That “Feeling of like you're going backwards"
But... You're not.
You're building something great, stronger. The line on the graph still goes up
It's reality.
It's how training actually works.
It's not perfect.
Or consistent.
But it adds up.
Doing nothing doesn’t maintain things
It lets them slip.
Choose a lifestyle that helps you,
Not just 6 weeks
✨ CONSISTENCY WINS ✨

Most people don’t just need more core work.
They need better load. Better movement.
A better understanding of how their body actually works.
I’ve been trained by one of the most reputable Pilates educators,
so I have a strong respect for the principles and repertoire.
But no two bodies move the same.
My approach is influenced by rehab and strength & conditioning (this is my passion).
You’re not just doing exercises…
you’re building strength that actually transfers.
That’s where I focus.
Helping you become:
Stronger.
More capable.
Less held back.
Not perfect. Not polished.
Just progressing — in a way that makes sense for you.
