What I Want you to see Vs…..

Another week down, ticking the boxes off and staying focussed! The body is changing a lot now and the fluff is coming off!

But it’s so tempting to project what I want you to see, because those are the pictures that I feel good!

However, it’s taken a lot of unhappy pictures and dips in motivation, feelings of throwing the towel in BUT I know that feeling strong, seeing the definition come in are all worth it!

But what I also want you to remember is that not everything you see is the reality..

FAKEAWAY CHALLENGE - LOADED TENDERS 🍗🍟

So, a client wanted to go out for a meal and her usual was loaded chicken tenders coming in at a whopping 1100 calories (for one meal) I decided to take on the challenge of showing my gals that you can still diet and eat yummy food!

This one came in at 678 cals and a whopping 67g Protein!!

HOW? 👇🏼 (Serves 2)

60g Protein Cheese
500g Potatoes, Raw
400g Chicken Mini Breast Fillets
50g Sourdough
5g Louisiana Cajun Rub
3x Spring onion
10g Chives
Sweet Red Peppers
100g 30% Less Fat Onion & Garlic Dip
10g Crispy Onions
Siriacha

I added lettuce to create more volume but a really filling meal aligned to goals 👌🏼
