We are incredibly excited to announce a new women’s only session being added to our schedule from October on Thursdays at 6pm.

This will mean there will be two dedicated women’s only sessions on our timetable

Thursdays at 6pm

Sundays at 11am

It has been great seeing our women’s classes grow and to see more women trying Jiu Jitsu for the first time and growing in confidence on the mats.
