🤝 Taekwondo is more than just a martial art. It’s about the friendships you build and the ones you also develop!
☀️ I’ve been privileged to spend my time off with a couple of friends who have had a huge impact in my life. No matter how long each of us have been training, we have been bought together and created stronger links between us.
It is so impactful, no matter what age, kids or adults. To build and develop meaningful bonds with your peers is huge and Taekwondo gives you a platform to do that.
We keep building as a team with likeminded goals.
Staring again this week back in the Dojang!

Leading the next generation is one of the greatest privileges as an instructor. I am sure that anyone else in a similar position will say the same.
Watching students grow in confidence, discipline, and character over time is what makes all the hard work worthwhile. It’s never just about the kicks, the belts, or the medals — it’s about helping young people become stronger versions of themselves both on and off the mats.
Being part of that journey is something I’ll never take for granted 🥋👊

Kids need more than just activities — they need direction, structure, confidence, and positive role models 👊🥋
At such a young age, they’re already learning the value of discipline, respect, listening, and believing in themselves. Through Taekwondo, we help channel all that energy into focus, friendships, and personal growth in a fun and supportive environment.
Watching these little ones grow in confidence week by week is what it’s all about. Sometimes all a child needs is the right environment to bring out their best 💥

Proud of these kids and the hard work they’ve put in leading up to the competition 👊🥋
Flying kicks don’t just happen overnight — they’re built through weeks of repetition, discipline, confidence, and the willingness to keep trying even when it’s tough. Seeing their progress, effort, and determination come together on competition day made all the training worth it.
Win or lose, the growth they continue to show on their journeys is what matters most. On to the next one 💥

🚨 Huge delay on the a264 🚨
Just a heads up to all students today. There is a huge hold up on traffic getting into Horsham from Crawley.
If any part of your students’ lesson is missed due to myself arriving late please feel free to train in the next class!
My apologies in advance
Mr Baldery

Are small improvements starting to add up?
Some progress is loud. A new technique. A grading pass. A competition performance.
But most improvement is quieter. Better focus. Faster reactions. More confidence stepping forward. Over time those small changes build real momentum.
