Our new wellbeing experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect and step into your week feeling restored.

The experience includes:

🤍 An intentional Reformer Pilates flow in one of CASA DE AURA’s signature styles ‘Zen Aura’ to reconnect with your body and breath

🤍 An immersive sound bath with crystal bowls to encourage deep relaxation, calm and restoration

Together with .withgrace we have created The Sunday Reset, a space where movement meets stillness, strength meets softness, and you can take time to pause, breathe and reset before the week ahead.

This week our team celebrated our recent awards at the Muddy Stilettos Muddy Stilettos | Sussex winners’ event in Brighton Marina 🌊

Nearly a month has passed since we were crowned winners and we’re still just as overwhelmed with pride 🥹

CASA DE AURA has been officially titled Best Pilates Studio in Sussex in the 2026 Muddy Stiletto Awards ✨

AND to make this moment feel even more surreal, Megs (CASA DE AURA’s Founder) also won an award personally for Best Sports Fitness Instructor in Sussex 🏆

Two awards. One incredible community.

This means more than you could ever know and feels so rewarding because it was powered entirely by YOU. Thank you to every single person who nominated us, voted for us, supported us, attended classes, recommended us to friends, and helped us build something truly special. ❤️

To be voted number one in Sussex within 18 months of opening is a dream come true and truly recognises all our team’s hard work in prioritising your experience and wellbeing, day in and day out. So much work goes on behind the scenes and this moment makes every late night SO worth it.

This award belongs to every member of our community. Thank you for believing in us from the very beginning and for helping us create a space where people can move, connect, grow and feel at home with one another.

Honoured to share that CASA DE AURA® is featured in the newly premiered series DESTINATION WORLD CUP 2026 ⚽️🏆

I can’t thank and the entire production team enough for welcoming me into this project and featuring our session in Episode 2. It was a true honour to be part of it and to showcase a glimpse into the work we do together during our Reformer Pilates sessions 🤍

Filmed in February 2026, exactly one year to the day after our very first Reformer Pilates session together in February 2025… a real full-circle moment that won’t be forgotten 🎞️
