💚 21 MILES FOR CHESTNUT TREE HOUSE 💚
Would you like to be part of our charity walk
Pm me for more information.💚

On Sunday 4th October, we’ll be setting off at 7am from Barns Green Village Hall to walk 21 miles to Shoreham Beach, raising money for Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice.

For me, these charity challenges are about so much more than the miles.

They’re about using our health, strength and ability to help those who are facing challenges far greater than our own. ❤️

I’m incredibly proud of the community we have built at EH Fitness. We train together, we support one another, but most importantly, we can use that strength to make a difference to other people.

21 miles won’t be easy — but we can do it.

Every step will be for the children and families supported by Chestnut Tree House. 💚

Whether you walk with us, donate, share this post or simply cheer us on, every bit of support means something.

Strong bodies. Kind hearts. A community making a difference.

Let’s make these 21 miles count. 💚

🎉 HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY GEMMA! 🎉

Welcome to the Fabulous Fifties! 🥂💗

To my amazing client Gemma, it’s an absolute pleasure to celebrate this special milestone with you.

Since you started with me two years ago, you have stepped outside your comfort zone so many times — and I know you’re not always very happy with me when I make you do it! 😂 But WOW, what a journey we’ve had together so far, the sponsored walk , the Christmas party night & of course the training ground 101 .💪

Watching you become stronger, fitter and more confident has been amazing, and I’m so proud of everything you’ve achieved.

I’m excited to see where the next chapter takes you — because I know there is still so much more to come! 💪❤️

Have the most wonderful 50th birthday, Gemma. Here’s to being 50, fabulous, fit and strong! 🥂🎂

Lots of love,
Emma xx

SO INCREDIBLY PROUD OF YOU, KATE!

What an achievement. 50 MILES!💪

Over the last year, Kate has worked incredibly hard with me, putting so much time, commitment and determination into preparing for the amazing challenge of the Lakeland 50 miles

A huge part of that preparation has been her strength training with me at EH Fitness week after week, building stronger legs, a stronger core, greater stability and the physical resilience needed to take on such a demanding endurance event.

And all that hard work paid off. ❤️

Kate completed the incredible 50-mile Lakeland challenge, tackling around 3,000ft of elevation, relentless rain and winds reaching up to 50mph. 🌧️💨⛰️

When the conditions got tough, Kate got tougher. She dug deep, kept putting one foot in front of the other and showed exactly what months of consistent training, determination and mental strength can achieve.

Kate, I hope you are so proud of yourself, because words really can’t express how proud I am of you.

It’s not every day someone completes 50 miles. This is something very special and an achievement you should remember forever.

All those training sessions, all that strength work and all those moments when you had to push yourself have led to this. You did it! 💪❤️

A massive well done, Kate, from all of us at EH Fitness.

I am incredibly proud to be your coach and to have been part of your journey. 💚

50 miles. Tough conditions. One very strong lady.

Well done, Kate! 👏👏👏

Miles & Smiles Run Club 💛

Another fantastic 10K completed by our amazing ladies on Sunday morning

Week after week they show up, run through the sunrise, push themselves outside their comfort zones, and keep chasing their goals. Their determination, resilience and support for one another is inspiring.

I’m so proud of each and every one of them. The word “quit” simply doesn’t exist in their minds.

Well done, ladies. Keep believing in yourselves—the results come from the work you put in every single week. 🌅🏃‍♀️💪

There’s something so refreshing about changing up your exercise routine.

Bike riding is something I loved as a child, spending time out on the roads with my dad. It’s always been something I’ve wanted to get back into, and now I finally have the perfect reason.

I’ve entered a competition, so it’s giving me the push I needed to get back in the saddle, build my endurance, and spend more hours on the bike. Every ride is getting me one step closer to my goal.

It’s a reminder that fitness doesn’t have to be the same thing day in, day out. Trying something different challenges both your body and mind, keeps you motivated, and can reconnect you with something you genuinely enjoy.

Here’s to new adventures, new challenges, and discovering new ways to stay fit. Sometimes the best workout is the one that brings a smile to your face. 🩶

This Trip is one that Izzy & I will never forget.

We are incredibly grateful to have been part of this journey with my client Nick, and we can’t thank him enough for taking us to Lake Placid to experience such an unforgettable event together.

Nick’s day started with an incredible 2.4-mile swim the equivalent of around 175 lengths of a swimming pool , which he completed in an outstanding 1 hour 36 minutes, his fastest time ever over that distance.

He then headed out onto one of the toughest bike courses in Ironman, climbing an incredible 7,000 feet of elevation. Despite suffering a puncture on the first lap, costing him around 25 minutes, he battled on with unbelievable determination and completed 105 of the 112 miles. Sadly, with only 40 minutes remaining before the 10-hour 20-minute bike cut-off, officials had no choice but to pull him from the course which in our eyes seems so unfair especially after watching him so strong on the swim & the bike course .

To many, that may sound like disappointment. To us, it is anything but.
Watching him take on Ironman was nothing short of inspiring. The dedication, countless hours of training, unwavering commitment, and sacrifices he made along the way are what truly define an Ironman.

While the finish line may have to wait until next year, we have absolutely no doubt that Nick will become an Ironman. In our eyes, he already is. The medal doesn’t make the athlete the heart, resilience, determination, and perseverance do.

we couldn’t be prouder of Nick It was an honour to support him throughout the weekend, and the memories we’ve made will stay with us forever.
